What if something's wrong with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us straight away and we'll sort it out quickly. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes! We deliver right across Australia. The only exception is areas classified as dry zones or restricted areas under Australian law, where alcohol delivery isn't permitted outside a licensed premises — if that affects your order, we'll always reach out before cancelling anything.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery time after that depends on your location and the carrier.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes — as a licensed liquor retailer, an adult (18+) needs to receive and sign for alcohol deliveries, with ID checked where required.
Why do I need to confirm my age to order?
It's a legal requirement — under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it's against the law to supply alcohol to anyone under 18. You'll confirm your age when ordering, and may be asked for ID again at delivery or pickup.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes — choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll let you know as soon as it's ready for pickup from our Mulgrave store.
What are your store hours?
